Returns and Exchanges
Please choose carefully as we do not offer returns or exchanges on items where the customer or recipient has changed their mind.
We do our utmost to make sure that your gift box items arrive in excellent condition. However, if you have found an item to be faulty please notify us via email info@envygiftboxes.co.nz so that we can arrange a replacement or refund of your product.
Notifying us of a faulty product needs to take place within 7 days. If contact is made after the 7 days we are unfortunately unable to offer a refund/exchange at this point.
